1. General

This website is being privileged or otherwise protected Cyprus Law with the reserves rights of Elena Onisiforou, Limassol Cyprus and you are not allowing, without her written consent to use my documents or information or articles from the present website except for your own and private use.

By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this website. Gastronomy Cyprus.com reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of Gastronomy Cyprus.com following the posting of changes to these terms will mean your acceptance of these changes. A contract concluded on this website will be valid only if the other contracting Party is an adult natural person, having the right to establish a contractual relation, or a registered legal entity having the right to establish a contractual relation as a legal entity. By using this website, the user accepts financial responsibility for all uses of this website by her/himself and/or other persons using it under her/his responsibility.

2. PRICES

All prices are in the currency specified each time. The rates are subject to changes due to currency fluctuations, the increase of VAT or of any other taxes. Any such increase/decrease will automatically affect the published rates. The valid rates for any service booked are as published on the Gastronomy Cyprus.com website at the time of booking.

A.VALID ONLY FOR GASTRONOMY CYPRUS WEBSITE (DIRECT BOOKINGS) AND AFFILIATE PARTNERS.

By making a reservation with GastronomyCyprus.com you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each service is shown below. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change.

In the event of a confirmed booking, the client maintains the right to Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund, only if the client completes and send  the "Refund  Contact Form" directly to Gastronomy Cyprus .com. In the event of a confirmed tour not cancelled by the client on-line, no refund or partial refund or penalty, will be due, by Gastronomy Cyprus. com.

In the event of a confirmed booking, the customer is “no show” at the designated start point of the excursion or activity, the full amount paid will be retained as cancellation fee and no refund or partial refund will be due, by Gastronomy Cyprus .com

In the event of a confirmed booking being unavailable, or due to a bad weather conditions or rare extreme conditions such as strikes, natural disasters etc., Gastronomy Cyprus .com will refund the 70% of the amount to the clients. The remaining amount will be offered to associates as compensation. This rule applies only if the client cancels on-line directly.

 (The refund process followed will be in the same way of the booking made).

Gastronomy Cyprus.com reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of system error, system malfunctions and/or price calculation error.

Gastronomy Cyprus.com reserves the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of, or are notified of, any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for the reservation.


B.CANCELLATION POLICY VALID ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS  VIA OTA'S

Cancellation fee to the customer is not applied.

Gastronomy Cyprus.com reserves the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of, or are notified of, any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for the reservation.

5.PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for the services chosen and agreed on must be done as displayed within this website and/or system. By clicking on the "Book Now" button after entering your credit card number, you are deemed to be submitting a binding offer to the Company. No contractual or other obligations will be created for Gastronomy Cyprus.com, unless payment in full is received by Gastronomy Cyprus.com for all the services to be provided to the customer/ client and agreed on through this website. Gastronomy Cyprus.com reserves the right to enable/disable its prepayment option in this web site. The percentage quote of prepayment will be shown on this web site or during the payment process of the Partner Company and/or customer. Gastronomy Cyprus.com reserves the right to increase/decrease the prepayment percentage quote at any time.


6. Severability

The invalidity of one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions does not signify the invalidity of the whole Terms and Conditions.


7. Complaints

Should the customer have reason to make a complaint, the complaint must be made and a remedy requested immediately on location to the office referred to in the confirmation. The right to raise claims is invalidated if a participant omits to notify a defect on location.


8. Restriction of Liability

Gastronomy Cyprus.com will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this website, even if there is negligence, or if Gastronomy Cyprus.com or an authorized Gastronomy Cyprus.com representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. In all cases, Gastronomy Cyprus.com total liability for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise will not be greater than the amount paid to access this website and/or its services.


9. ITINERARIES AND PROGRAMS

Gastronomy Cyprus.com reserves its right to modify and/or change, without notice, any itineraries or programs presented in this website, or anything else presented in this website, as a result of changes caused by service suppliers or third persons in general or any other reason.


10. BANK STATEMENT

A purchase from www.gastronomycyprus.com will appear into client's bank statement with the name E.O FOUNDER OF GASTRONOMY CYPRUS TOURS & EVENTS.

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
